The central character in ‘Adhikara’ of producer KCN Venugopal (producer of Antha, Jiddu etc) has enough power to take the house to a good position. The role played by Vinayaprakash is such that it is cool and composed. From peace everything could be worked out is what the director enforces.

The danseuse actress Sudha Chandran is back to Kannada after a long time. Director Rigvedi is shooting maximum portions in the vicinities of Yellamma temple in Belgaum district. To suit the younger generation he is adopting a modern day narration style. Suresh Rai and Sangeetha are also in the cast. Ashok plays father while Vinayaprasad plays the mother who is in the key role.

Devi who was in the camp of Udupi Jayaram a veteran of over 3000 songs in her long innings is composing a daughter in law and mother in law song for this film. She had come down from Chennai for this purpose.
